At Bella Terra Gallery, every product is custom-made to order in the U.S.A. Below are our shipping policies to ensure you know what to expect when ordering your custom photography prints.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are made-to-order.
  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. (Large-format prints or specialty materials may take longer.)
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us to inquire about placing your order.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by product size, weight, destination and shipping method.
  • Large-format prints may require special packaging or freight services.
    (Any additional fees are already included in our shipping costs.)

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard [ground] delivery varies on shipping destination and typically takes [5–10 business days] after production.
  • We are proud to produce our products in the U.S.A. Our products ship from California. 
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit with the shipping carrier.

5. Risk of Loss & Damage

  • All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage.
  • If your order arrives damaged:
    • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide photos of the packaging and product.
    • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.
