At Bella Terra Gallery, every print is custom-made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color variation, or change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/phone].
- Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
- Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund/store credit (at our discretion).
2. Incorrect Orders
If we make a mistake with your order (wrong size, finish, or image), we’ll cover all costs to correct it promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom printed:
- Returns or refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Color differences due to display/screen settings
- Please double-check your selections before placing an order.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Shipping Responsibility
- For approved replacements or returns, we’ll cover shipping costs.
- If an item must be returned, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
