Welcome to Bella Terra Gallery. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Products & Customization
- All products are custom-made to order, including prints on metal, acrylic, canvas, and fine art paper.
- Product images shown on our website are representative. Due to variations in screen display, lighting, and print materials, colors and textures may appear slightly different in person.
- Sizes are approximate within standard manufacturing tolerances.
2. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of order.
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, ?????, PayPal, ….
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently only ship to the United States in our on-line store. Please contact us about Intenational shipments.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Large-format prints may require special handling.
- Once shipped, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color variation, or change of mind.
However, we stand by the quality of our work:
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- After review, we will either:
- Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a store credit/refund (at our discretion).
- Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible.
5. Intellectual Property
- All photographs, prints, and website content are the intellectual property of Norbert’s Photography (dba Bella Terra Gallery) and are protected by copyright law.
- Purchase of a print does not grant reproduction, resale, or distribution rights. Prints are for personal display use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
7. Privacy & Security
- We value your privacy and only collect personal data necessary to process and fulfill your order.
- Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required to complete your purchase (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors). Please see our complete Privacy policy for details.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego / California.

- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
